For this reason, we would like to provide you with information concerning the processing of your personal data through the contact form on our website, which you may fill in to make enquiries, requests or suggestions, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 and relevant legislation.

Persons who want to communicate with us through the “Contact Us” section on our website provide their name, surname, and e-mail address, which are then processed.

1. Purposes for Which Personal Data are Processed

After filling in the communication form, your personal data may be processed for purposes of responding to your enquiries or requests, to assess your suggestions and to contact you in these regards; or to fulfil the Association’s legal responsibilities in cases in which the information is requested by the relevant authorities as per the relevant legislation or the information has to be disclosed to the relevant authorities as per valid statutory provisions.

2. To Whom and for Which Purposes the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

The Association may transfer your personal data to third parties including institutions, public bodies and organizations relevant for fulfilling legal requests, complying with regulations or statutory obligations.

3. The Methods and Legal Basis of Collection of Personal Data

The Association collects and processes your personal data only under circumstances in which it is it is expressly provided for by the laws, is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, or processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Your personal data is collected electronically through the Contact Form on the website.

As the data subject, you have the right to request the following from us, as the data controller, as per Article 11 of the Law:
